Meet the Executive Team

	Chief Executive Officer Peter Mott I joined the Hollywood team as Chief Executive Officer in March 2013. Prior to Hollywood, I held various positions in management and health policy over 35 years in the private and public sectors of the health industry in WA. I am very proud to be leading an amazing team at this very special place that is Hollywood Private Hospital.
	Director of Financial and Corporate Services David Simmelmann I joined the Hollywood team in July 2012 when I was appointed as Director of Financial and Corporate Services. Prior to working at Hollywood, I have worked with a number of large hospital operators, both public and private, in various managerial and executive roles. I was introduced to Ramsay Health Care through my experience of working with The Avenue Hospital in Melbourne. I feel very privileged to be a part of such an amazing team who encompass Ramsay’s pursuit of clinical excellence, commitment to patient care, strong internal culture and excellent leadership.
	Director of Clinical Services Nola Cruickshank I was appointed as Director of Clinical Services at Hollywood Private Hospital in 1997. I have more than thirty years experience in the health industry, working in senior positions in WA and Victoria before joining the team at Hollywood. I am privileged to work with a team of nursing, allied health and support staff who are committed to providing exceptional care and service.
	Director of Medical Administration Dr Margaret Sturdy I started life at Hollywood in 1989 as a medical registrar, and moved into medical administration in 1993. It has been an amazing journey, through the privatisation in 1994, to our current development, and everything in between. I feel very fortunate to be part of the incredible Hollywood team.
	Marketing Director HPH / State Marketing Manager, Ramsay Health Care WA Annie Palmer Prior to joining the wonderful Hollywood team in January 2012, my career began in the secondary education sector and then transitioned to marketing consulting and senior marketing roles in the agricultural and entertainment & hospitality industries. Through its truly values-driven culture, Hollywood Private Hospital provides tremendous opportunities to develop innovative marketing strategies to meet the needs of a wide range of internal and external stakeholders and I feel very fortunate to be part of such an amazing organisation.
	Deputy Director of Medical Services Dr Daniel Heredia Prior to being appointed to my current role I worked at Hollywood Private Hospital for a number of years as a medical registrar. I have also completed further studies in business administration and gained senior management experience working for a federal Government agency. Hollywood’s culture and values set it apart from other organisations and I am grateful for the opportunity to work with such amazing people every day.
